Paresh Haribhakti has built more than just an organization—he has cultivated a purpose-driven ecosystem that combines deep domain expertise with advanced digital technologies to transform modern industry. As the driving force behind TCR Advanced Engineering, he focuses on solving complex metallurgical and engineering challenges through AI-powered Operational Management (AIOM) systems. With a post-graduate degree in Materials Technology from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, he has led numerous high-impact failure analyses and root cause investigations across multiple industrial sectors. His work centers on shifting industries from reactive problem-solving to proactive, predictive strategies that improve reliability, safety, and long-term operational performance.
Guided by a strong commitment to sustainability and ESG principles, Paresh believes digital intelligence will play a defining role in future-proofing industrial systems. His vision is to integrate AIOM solutions across global industries to reduce the risk of industrial failures while significantly improving operational efficiency and environmental responsibility. Beyond industry leadership, he actively contributes to knowledge development through research papers, international journals, and global conferences. He also founded TCR Evolve, a learning academy dedicated to equipping engineers with the skills required for a digitally driven industrial future. Outside work, he enjoys music, engaging television dramas, and reflective morning walks.
Deeply committed to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals, Paresh believes digital transformation is essential to future-proofing industrial operations. His dream is ambitious yet focused — to embed AIOM systems across industries worldwide, significantly reducing the risk of industrial disasters while elevating operational efficiency and sustainability standards.

ISO 17025 (NABL) Certificates
TCR Advanced Engineering accredited by NABL as per international standard ISO-IEC-17025 in chemical, mechanical, and non-destructive testing disciplines. The NABL certification is issued by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. NABL provides accreditation to laboratories that perform tests/calibrations in accordance with ISO 17025. ISO/IEC 17025 includes quality system requirements of ISO 9001 and other additional requirements to demonstrate that the said laboratory is technically competent with the ability to produce technically valid data and results.
Central Board for Boiler
In the year 2014, TCR Advanced Engineering received approval of " well known Remnant Life Assessment organization" as well as “well known Material Testing Laboratory” by Central Boilers Board (CBB), Government of India, Ministry of commerce and industries. With this approval, TCR’s can carry out life assessment jobs and certify the fitness of boiler components as per Indian Boiler Regulation (IBR).
