 Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) at TCR Advanced is a reliable surface inspection method used to detect cracks, porosity, and laps in non-porous materials. We use both fluorescent and visible dye systems in accordance with ASTM E165 and ASME Section V. DPT is suitable for welds, castings, forgings, and machined parts in stainless steel, aluminium, and other non ferrous alloys. It is easy to apply, cost-effective, and ideal for large-area scanning.
